If you paid at a gate, and did not get your receipt at that time, you can go to flashreceipts.com and fill out their form.

If you made a reservation through ParkPHX, your receipt was sent to you when the purchase was made using the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder in case it went in there.

Refunds can be requested by going to www.aceparking.com/refunds. Fill out the form completely and someone will be in touch.

Here at ParkPHX we do not boot, nor do we have any control regarding the Tire Tag System.

ParkPHX does not manage any on street meter parking. Please email the City of Phoenix Streets team at streetsp@phoenix.gov.
